Gryffindor
When tasked with creating a Harry Potter-inspired line of fragrances, I immediately knew an expert was needed. Enter Mia, an 11-year-old Harry Potter superfan, ready to take on the challenge. She dedicated a full day at our fragrance kitchen in Candles By Victoria and, with minimal guidance, crafted four truly unique and complex scents.
These fragrances, magical in essence, are sure to be adored by all, Harry Potter enthusiasts or otherwise. I am incredibly proud of her achievements.
Mia was also encouraged to pen her own descriptions for each fragrance, capturing her creative process. Here are her thoughts on Gryffindor:
Mia - "Each scent symbolizes the different Hogwarts houses. Gryffindor, to me, is a strong, proud fragrance, embodying the bravery of its members, which is why I chose this scent to represent them."
Victoria - "It's a well-rounded blend with top notes of woody musk and vanilla, complemented by hints of apple, lemon, and ginger. The heart of the fragrance features lime, vetiver, and oakmoss, culminating in a base of white musk and sweet orange."
